Good!
No, what's more, they all have to be there to give you a table 😊 but the food is very rich 🤗
Do you mean Urubamba????......that I know Urubamba hasn't been closed for business....it's been open for business.......👍✌
Street parking, sometimes easy to find, depending on the time and day of the week.
Google should allow its translate app to work here!!!!
Agreed.
Lomo Saltado is a FORCE to be reckoned with. Best flavor I’ve had in NY by far. I’ve tried many other dishes which have all proven to be remarkable, as well. Wait staff is efficient & always tends to the table’s needs. Only important aspect to note: Cash only or MasterCard/Amex.
Urabamba is my favorite Peruvian restaurant. I bring a lot of my out of town guests here bevahse I love the place so much. I have been at handfuls of times and the experience is all the same: fantastic. I especially love their goat Tacu Tacu. The red sangria is also exquisite.
I used to love going to this restaurant love the waiters but 1
Great food, pretty cozy place. Flavors are authentic. Service was ok.. it could use some improvements.
One of the best Peruvian Restaurants around Jackson Heights, the food was fresh and delicious and we had the best waitress ever, Thank You Ariana!
The food is super delicious and the people are very kind. One of the best Peruvian places I’ve ever been too. Every time I went to eat they were busy so if you want to go, I would suggest to plan ahead.
First the good, the food was good. Now the bad, the service and attention is horrible. I had never eaten in Peruvian restaurant before. So I asked about two of the dishes that interested me. The waitress was rude, answered the questions like I was an idiot for asking any questions at all. At the end she did not answer my questions so I ended up on the internet doing my own research. I will not be giving this place my business in the future.
A+. Great ceviche, also very good lamb stew and beef dishes.
Great food. Great service. Casual and beautiful decor. A gem. A must try
Delish white sangria...
Great fresh authentic Peruvian food. My favorite Peruvian restaurant in Queens. Homemade purple corn juice, deserts and of course the meals are delicious!
Some of the best and most authentic Peruvian cuisine you can get in NYC. Highly recommend! Delicious
To start I being going there for almost 26 years before used to be Inti Raymi . Like always excellent food always on point and the waiters our friendly and courteous and even the most busiest days ex (Valentine's Day) they always try to do the best to accommodate you.
Best place for Peruvian Breakfast! 🇵🇪
Cozy and quaint tiny Peruvian restaurant located on side street of Jackson Heights. The decor and the atmosphere was perfect. Food was great and service was good but a bit higher price. Overall I would recommend others to try and I will definitely going back to try other dishes.
Authentic traditional Peruvian food. The food was really tasty, our waitress was very nice and the prices are not bad at all for the massive amount of food that you get. There was a 15min wait at peak hours. Will definitely be back!
Pretty good food and affordable.
Food is great... but not the service. The restaurant doesn't use to include the tip in your bill but when the waiters dont do a good job, they will immediately include their 15% tip in your bill because they know what's coming. I totally dislike their service and the only reason I go to that restaurant is because I love the food.
Best Peruvian breakfast 🍳
I loved the mixed ceviche, which has a good hit of lime. The beef stew was a bit average after that, being a bit too heavy and with too much rice (although very tasty), and the whole was somewhat expensive IMO.
Fantastic food and great service!Highly recommend the Jalea (fried calamari with red onions) and chicha morada (purple corn drink)
Ate here with family for my nieces farewell party to Cali and the food was good. Would probably come back here again.
The food was not that good considering the long and strong tradition of Peruvian cuisine. They don’t serve alcohol because there is a school in front. And personally, I don’t like when waiters immediately charge the tip, do not inform about that, and still want you to tip on the top of that. That happened to me and it made me feel like the waiter wanted to take advantage of me. I don’t recommend this restaurant and of course, I won’t go back.
Good service but small portions
The better Peruvian places to eat around here. Very tasty austhentic dishes.
Great tasting Peruvian 🇵🇪 food and also a good variety from steak seafood stews delicious appetizers they also served alcoholic drinks like Sangria,to wrap things up try some delicious desserts
Always a good service, tasty food, clean place... 100% recommended, the only unfortunate thing is that breakfast last until 1.45pm (I am a breakfast lover☝🏻😌) 😁
Pretty good spot, but a little overpriced.
Good place but little by little they are loosing taste and customer service. To the owner check on your waitters.
Amazing food but service is not as good.
Amazing Peruvian food. Definitely the place to go if in Jackson heights.
Service was good but I ordered the Pescado alone Macho. Was cold and I have had much much better at many spots. Was not impressed
The food is good. Didn't care for their hot sauce.
Great Peruvian food, staff did their job, our waitress was very helpful and had good customer service. Just Waited 15 minutes for a table. Definitely Will be coming back and recommend.
It took us time to make a decision not to go to this place. I will not go to this restaurant anymore, my wife got sick because of eating an old fish that was not cheap, as soon as she got home, she had diarrhea and I kind of had a feeling about it when her meal was served, it looked old and had a weird smell. We always experience a problem dining at this place. From the wait staff to the food, it’s just literally every time we go there something is wrong. There are always 2 waiters whose attention is hard to get as they always seem more busy with their conversation than with the customers and when you request anything or ask a question about the food, they look in a hurry or they don’t respond.Lomo saltado ia always saggy and the French fries they use is from the frozen food. Side dish rice was dry and seemed from another day.I don’t understand why restaurant owners don’t care about the importance of doing the right thing. Noah
Food it's great !
Some of the best Peruvian food I’ve had hands down. Food was delicious, had plenty left over to take home. The service was fast and attentive. I will return
Great food. The Salmon and Maduros were delicious.
The restaurant is amazing, and the food tastes delicious. The best Peruvian in the Queens.
Excellent place for Peruvian food.👍
Hands down best peruvian restaurant in all of NYC. Authentic. Must get the parihuela and/or the bistec con tallarines verdes! Promise you it won’t disappoint.
Amazing restaurant. The foods top notch and service was warm and friendly. They have a wine and cocktail menu. I was told they have great sangria. We shared a bottle of Malbec and ordered 2 appetizers. The small Jalea is plenty for 2 or 3 people. It was amazing. The fish and seafood was fried perfectly. Best fried shrimp I have had in a long time. We also had the Huancaina. It was so good. Sort of like a deconstructed potato salad. For dinner we had the skirt steak and fried steak with Tallarin Verde. Tallarin Verde is a delicious pesto noodle. It was amazing. We took most of dinner home. It was a great late night snack. We're planning on going back in a few weeks with friends. Looking forward to trying other items. The space is small and fills quickly. We went later on Friday night and had a 5-10 min wait. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Totally recommend this place.
Lousy service by the waiters apart from rude ones are scolding the client for ignoring the fact that they do not receive VISA franchise cards arguing that their job is not to inform the client that little detail. The food too late (more than 20 min for an entry). Too bad as a good meal is damaged by bad service.
The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The food is alwys delicious.
This is a beautiful jewel of a place. Small, quaint, staff is very friendly, and ambiance is romantic, if you need a place for that. I will return.
Delicious food, Clean place, good service
Friendly, low-key, very comfortable, not noisy, place to sit and chat and eat. Food's great (lamb-stew tacu-tacu my go-to) hot sauce excellent and the chicken tamales the best I've eaten. They have outdoors social-distance seating now (but we picked up last night). Love it here.
Loved the Chaufa Rice and the ceviche de pescado. We recommend it
